The Health Care Cost Institute is a non-profit, independent, non-partisan research institute dedicated to creating the most comprehensive source of information on health care activity in the U.S. and promoting research on the drivers of escalating health care costs. One of its major activities is an annual report tracking the changes in health care prices, utilization and spending for people under age 65 covered by employer-sponsored health insurance.
